We offer 30 days Money-Back if you regret having bought a digital piano on our website. But if you wish to make use of this offer the goods have to be sealed like from the factory, meaning the box cannot have been opened up.

How does the 30 Days Money Back work? What are the terms?

If you wish to return your instrument you have to communicate by email to info@digitalpiano.com, and you - as the buyer - are fully responsible for the return process and the cost of it. If the box has been damaged or lost it is considered a loss of value for the product, and in some cases the full purchase amount will not be returned and rarely not at all - depending on the damage.

Following Yamaha Agent products are not included in this 30 Days Money-Back-Guarantee offer - (CVP-905, CVP-909, CVP-909GP, CSP-255, CSP-275, CSP-295, CSP-295GP, CLP-875, CLP-885, CLP-895GP, NU1XA & the Montage M models).

Products which have been specifically ordered for you and which is not sold on digitalpiano.com in general (including a specific color or if it's a specific accessory to your instrument).
