1. Shipping services

Within the country of Portugal we deliver with the delivery service DHL Freight. If the package weighs less than 20 kg, it might be sent to package shop with GLS (The delivery method will be visible when ordering). Please note that some addresses, which are not accessible by bridge, are not possible to deliver to. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@digitalpiano.com.

2. Delivery address

Digitalpiano.com offer delivery of instruments and accessories to almost every address within Portugal, no matter if it is your home address or your workplace – please type in your preferred delivery address when ordering.

3. Curb side delivery

The standard delivery method is delivery to the curb side. This means that DHL will deliver your package outside your house or apartment at ground level. DHL WILL NOT carry your package inside.

4. Delivery cost

Delivery to the curb for instruments weighing more than 20 kg costs from 19,90 € if the address is easily accessible and if the shipment does not demand any special delivery service.

With products that weigh less than 20 kg the delivery cost will be at least 50 € but it will depend on size and/or weight.

If the address is not accessible by bridge and the shipment therefore requires an extra delivery service, the delivery cost will be more expensive and the exact cost will depend on a lot of other things as well. 5. Delivery time

The delivery time depends on which instrument and/or accessory that has been bought and if the goods are in stock. If the goods are shipped by DHL, the delivery time is usually 6-12 workdays. If the goods (mostly accessories) are shipped by GLS, the delivery time is usually 6-14 workdays.

6. Stock status

In some rare cases it might happen that a product appears to be in stock even though we don’t have it in stock. If that happens you will be contacted by our team that will inform you about the potential delay and help you find a different product – if necessary.
