Hafnia’s new luxury piano combines modern design with an extraordinary playing experience. The model’s elegant wood finish, realistic key action, and different features make it perfect for the home. At an exceptionally low price, Hafnia offers a high-quality instrument with impressive versatility.
Design
Hafnia blends modern ideas with retro aesthetics in a 1960s-inspired “suitcase” design. Featuring a closable lid and stylish wood finish, the instrument has a cozy, homely appearance that fits perfectly into the living room. When the lid is closed, the piano can even be used as a small desk, adding extra functionality.

The front panel includes a built-in music stand, making it easy to follow your sheet music while practicing. In addition, the various function buttons are tastefully and intuitively placed, so they are always within easy reach. A luxurious triple-pedal system is also included, matching the instrument’s finish and allowing for expressive and nuanced playing.

Keys and Sound
The Hafnia HDP-1 stands out with its highly realistic keyboard feel. The piano features 88 fully weighted keys that respond with the authentic resistance of an acoustic instrument. It is equipped with Progressive Hammer Action mechanics, meaning the lower keys feel heavier and more resistant than the higher ones, just like on a traditional piano. The keys also feature a matte surface that prevents your fingers from slipping, even after hours of practice.
The HDP-1 delivers a rich and realistic sound. With French DREAM chip sound technology and 192-note polyphony, the piano produces a detailed and expressive tonal character. This is supported by two powerful 10W speakers that project the sound effectively into the room. For private practice and uninterrupted listening, headphones can also be connected.

Features
In addition to its excellent sound and realistic keyboard feel, the HDP-1 also includes a range of useful features. Alongside volume control, you get access to 10 different voices, allowing you to explore your creativity with organs and electric pianos.
The piano also includes an easy-to-use transpose function. Transposing changes the pitch of the keyboard, allowing you to play a song in a different key without changing your hand positions. This makes it easy to adapt songs to different vocal ranges or musical settings without relearning the piece.
The front panel is designed with a clean and minimalist layout, making it simple to navigate all features. You get:
- Sound selection and transpose settings
- Volume control and power on/off

The HDP-1 also offers Bluetooth and multiple connectivity options.
With Bluetooth Audio, you can use the piano as a speaker and stream music directly through it. Bluetooth MIDI also allows you to connect your device to piano learning apps such as flowkey and Simply Piano.
The HDP-1 supports the following connections:
- Bluetooth (MIDI & Audio)
- MIDI (USB B)
- 2x Headphone outputs
- Audio in/out
